Lectures are same. If you have WIFI connection, you can order Download Link. in that you will have to one time download all the lectures and then watch it offline later. If you don’t have WIFI, they you will have to order Pendrive only.

- No Refund if you decide not to give exams.
- No Refund if you wish to leave the course
- No Refund if you have not read the system requirements and purchased the course and you are not ready to do what our technical team have given you options.

Your Co-operation & Patience required in these Points:
- Technical Issues:
You may face technical issues while activating or while watching lectures. Solving technical issues takes time as technical person has to take access of your device and understand what the issue is. We expect full co-operation in this regard from you. Technical issues are normally faced due to your device settings not aligned with our software. Technical persons just identify the settings issues and correct it and your problem will be solved. If your system requirements are fulfilled, our lectures will surely run on your device, no need to worry or panic in this regard as you may be new to this.
- Courier & Dispatch:
After purchase, we dispatch the physical books as soon as possible but at the maximum within 2 days. It takes 3 to 7 working days to reach the parcel depending upon the distance from our city. So, you have to be patient in this period. We have done our job of dispatching within time, now its courier company DTDC job to take the parcel at your destination. Please note we don’t own DTDC, it’s an independent company. We don’t have any control over them. We can only follow up with them and request to look after our parcel in case of delay.
- Wrong Books/ Lectures:
It may happen that you might get wrong subject books or pendrive, you don’t have to panic, you just have to inform us regarding this and allow us some time to dispatch the right books or pendrive. All expenses in this regard will be borne by us.
- Change of Device by Student:
You can change your device in case of emergency or damage or any other reason. However, it may take some time for our technical team to help you out in activation of lectures in the new device, so please be patient and allow us some time in this regard.
